The membership plan is for patients without dental insurance. Adult membership is $35 a month, child membership is $25, and there is a $25 one-time enrollment fee per member. Read the included visits and exclusions before enrolling.

Coverage starts without a waiting period.

The Adult plan schedules Consistent Care™ every six months. The Child plan is for age 12 and under and includes fluoride treatment. The Perio plan schedules care every four months with three to four periodontal maintenance or adult prophylaxis procedures.

The 20% loyalty discount applies to other eligible procedures. Implants and clear aligner therapy are excluded.

Read this before enrolling: This is not dental insurance. It cannot combine with insurance, offers, or other discounts. Referrals to outside specialists are not covered.

The phone is answered around the clock while the Timonium office keeps its listed hours: Monday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. Spanish-speaking front desk support is available.
