The membership plan is an option for patients without dental insurance. It is not insurance and includes its own terms and exclusions.

What does the membership plan cost?

Adult is $35 per month, Child is $25 per month for ages 12 and under, and Perio is $45 per month. Each tier has a $25 one-time enrollment fee per member.

Bring a photo ID, dental-benefit information if applicable, a current medication list, and your questions.

What happens at a first visit?

The visit may include a health discussion, an exam, records or imaging when appropriate, and an explanation of the next practical step.

What should I do for tooth pain?

Call anytime and describe the pain, when it began, and whether there is swelling, a broken tooth, or another change.

Do you provide emergency dental care?

The office provides urgent dental evaluation and scheduling support for concerns such as tooth pain, swelling, broken teeth, and lost restorations.

Do you make crowns in the office?

Crowns are lab-fabricated ceramic crowns. The plan can include digital records with a 3Shape TRIOS digital intraoral scanner when appropriate.

Yes. The office uses a 3Shape TRIOS digital intraoral scanner for appropriate digital records.

When a broader image is needed, the office arranges CBCT through partner facility.

The recommended interval depends on your teeth, gums, current risk, and care history.

Yes. A consultation can review whether clear aligner therapy fits your teeth, bite, and goals.
