Coverage is not the same as care.

A treatment recommendation starts with your teeth, gums, bite, and the reason for your visit. Your dental plan is a separate benefit arrangement that may have a deductible, annual maximum, frequency limit, waiting rule, or other condition. The office can help you understand the information it receives, while final benefit decisions remain with the plan administrator.

We do not name a specific insurer or promise in-network status with a named plan. Bring your benefit information to a first visit or call before scheduling if you have questions the team can review.

Outside-of-network benefits may still apply.

Some PPO plans allow patients to use benefits with a dental office outside a particular network. The amount and method of payment depend on the individual plan. Ask the office what information is helpful for a benefit review, then confirm any remaining questions directly with your plan administrator.

An option without insurance.

For patients without dental insurance, the membership plan offers preventive-care tiers and a loyalty discount on eligible procedures. It is not insurance and has its own terms, but it may be a useful alternative to discuss when you call.
